The Pennal 2050 project launches and Lesley Griffiths, Cabinet Secretary for Energy, Planning and Rural Affairs is shown the planned works and activities by Partneriaeth Pennal Chair Rhys Parry and Secretary James Brunton.   Our project has received funding through the Welsh Government Rural Communities – Rural Development Programme 2014-2020, which is funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and the Welsh Government. The Pennal 2050 collaborative approach brings together farming families and residents to work closely with businesses, agencies and environmental organisations to try to solve challenges, such as the effects of climate change, on a landscape scale.
